Actor Ravi Mohan’s production house, Ravi Mohan Studios, has announced singer Keneeshaa as the composer of his upcoming directorial debut, An Ordinary Man. The announcement comes months after the two, who were rumoured to be in a relationship, publicly announced their split.
Ravi Mohan Studios shared a poster on Monday introducing Keneeshaa in a new musical role. The poster read, “Introducing a Keneeshaa Musical.” The production house described her as a new voice entering “the wild” and called the project a new chapter for the singer.

The caption read, “A new sound has entered the wild. A new chapter. The same soul. An artist you know in a way you’ve never heard before. ‘An Ordinary Man’ – One New Sound. One Heaven of a debut. CINEMA welcomes @keneeshaa (sic).”
Keneeshaa will compose the music for An Ordinary Man, which stars comedian-actor Yogi Babu. The film marks Ravi Mohan’s first outing as a director and is being backed by his production house.
The announcement has drawn attention as it comes several months after Ravi Mohan and Keneeshaa addressed their separation. The two had been linked romantically, after they had been spotted together at several events holding hands and their Instagram posts for each other.
In a previous public statement concerning his ongoing divorce from Aarti, Ravi Mohan had referred to Keneeshaa as his “companion”.
Keneeshaa later announced their split in a statement without naming Ravi Mohan. Following this, Ravi Mohan held a press conference where he spoke at length about the situation and became emotional while addressing the developments surrounding his personal life.
With Keneeshaa now making her debut as a music composer through An Ordinary Man, the latest announcement marks a new professional chapter for the singer. For Ravi Mohan, the film is also a significant career transition as he steps behind the camera for the first time.
