The Blues need to find something special in this last term and the Cats are right on top of them.

Max Holmes looks a little ginger behind play in his first game back after an ankle injury.

We will see if he returns in the final term.

The Cats are making their move and the Blues don’t have an answer.

The turnover off Lewis Young’s errant kick inside 50 resulted in the Cats finding Shannon Neale on the lead, and he booted the goal.

Harry McKay has done a lot of the physical work and connecting play tonight but he’s bobbed up to mark an errant Ben Ainsworth shot on the goal line.

McKay went back and snapped the goal – the Blues fans loved that, so did their big forward.

Weitering crashed to the turf in pain after taking the full brunt of a Shannon Neale knee to his glute.

“That was a massive corkie,” Jason Dunstall exclaimed on Kayo.

But Weitering soon got to his feet, he’s trying to play on but that will slow him down.

The Blues have been so good at putting their errors behind them and they’ve done it again as they went down the wing and then found Francis Evans in the middle who sent a kick to a wide open Brodie Kemp.

He kicked the goal and the Blues lead again.
