AnnaLynne McCord has married former rugby player Danny Cipriani at a ceremony in Los Angeles.
The former 90210 star tied the knot with the sportsman on Saturday (in front of family and friends in the backyard of a private home in California with the bride walking down the aisle wearing a floral dress alongside 12 bridesmaids all wearing blush-coloured gowns.
AnnaLynne confirmed the happy news in a video posted on Instagram in which she introduced herself as “Mrs AnnaLynne Ciprani” and showed her lying in bed with her new husband. The actress said: “I married the love of my life yesterday. And it’s real. It wasn’t a dream.
“This love is a grace upon my being. Every moment of this creation, of this ceremony, every moment of this ritual.
“Every stolen glance until we can just stand there holding hands looking in each other’s eyes for a frozen moment that held the current of infinity. It was incredibly timeless.
“It’s all a blessing. The energies swelling around this wedding are all completely perfect. No misstep. No comment. No headline. Not a single word.”
The Daily Mail newspaper reports the couple plan to hold another ceremony in London as well as a third in Cambodia.
The couple previously hit headlines after they launched a crowdfunding page to help pay for their lavish wedding celebrations and AnnaLynne subsequently admitted they received death threats over the move.
She told The Sun newspaper: “I was told I was despicable and that I was trying to extort money from my wedding guests. People actually donated $10 towards the wedding so they could write on the site that Danny and I were disgusting. There were even death threats.”
The actress explained she thought only the couple’s guests could see the fundraising page but it was actually open to the public. It asked for donations between £75 ($100) and £450 ($600) to help pay for their triple wedding and honeymoon and it raised more than £10,000.
Danny popped the question to the actress with a 15-carat, emerald-cut diamond as well as seven small diamonds in the band, on Christmas Day (25.12.25) at the 90210 actress’ home in Los Angeles, surrounded by family and friends.
AnnaLynne burst into tears for “10 minutes” before she eventually said “yes”.
She recalled to People: “I cried for 10 minutes straight. At some point, I realised I had to answer. I said, ‘Yes, but I can’t even speak,’ and he replied, ‘That’s OK, it’s actually a good sign that you are quiet for once.’ Then, we’re all laughing.”
