An Aussie influencer has copped backlash and sparked a debate online over her non-traditional choice of wedding dress.
Dominique Elissa — who made headlines last year for marrying her partner in a hospital so her terminally ill mother could be there — has once again gone viral for celebrating her second wedding in a sheer gown that exposed her nipples.

Ms Elissa exchanged vows with her long-term partner Tom Bull at a bigger wedding in Italy in June, just months after her mother tragically died from cancer.
However, a recent video posted to her Instagram reminiscing their special day has gained widespread attention for all the wrong reasons.
In the heartwarming video — captioned “Getting our guests to join our first dance got the party started like nothing else could have!!” — the model is seen wearing a sheer lace dress while dancing with her husband and their wedding guests.
While some fans applauded her confidence and expressed their love for the dress, others questioned her choice of outfit, calling it “diabolical”.
One user said: “I think the dress is beautiful but I can’t imagine my parents and grandparents and in-laws seeing my nipples.”
Another asked why she didn’t use nipple tape to cover more of her breast, while one man even compared the exposed nipple to a male having his genitals on display in a shocking comment that has since received more than 19,000 likes.
Many of her followers were quick to jump to her defence, saying the criticism was a massive overreaction.
“Men calm down. We were all breastfed as babies to survive. As adults surely we can normalize seeing bare breasts without making a big deal out of it, for God’s sake,” one person said
“It’s her night, her dress, her wedding, and clearly no one else had a problem with them,” one fan commented.
While another said: “It’s like no one in the comment section seen a nipple before lol.”
Ms Elissa has been approached for a comment.
