Chris Pratt has been forced to knock a staggering $12million off the price of his Los Angeles mansion in a bid to sell it after three years on the market.
The Jurassic World star and wife Katherine Schwarzenegger first listed their home for $32million in July 2023, but struggled to sell it, after which they decided to drop the asking price to $29.9million in October that year.
Following the first price cut, Chris and Katherine pulled the mansion, in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, off the market, but relisted it a few months later, at $24.4million.
Again, it failed to sell, and was removed from listings, before popping back up in June 2024.
They remove it from the market in October that year, as they prepared to welcome their third child into the world.
A source told Realtor.com at the time: “Katherine is about to have another baby, and they’re going to move once she has the baby.
“They’re staging the house now and are going to relist it in January or early February.”
Their son Ford was born in November 2024.
The six-bedroom property was relisted for the fourth time in August 2025, at $19.99million – amid reports Chris and Katherine were renting a home in Montecito, California, from Katy Perry and her then-fiancé Orlando Bloom – and was left up for sale until March this year.
At that point, they removed it from the market, before relisting it for the fifth time earlier this week, at the same $19.99million asking price – $12million less than their original estimation.
The couple purchased the mansion back in 2018 for $15.6million, and pulled out all the stops to turn it into their dream home over a period of three years – with “no expense spared”, according to the listing.
The listing also describes the 13,000 sq fat property as a “one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece”, adding: “With no expense spared, this property boasts luxury quality construction, with grand scale and volume throughout, flooded with fresh air and brilliant Southern California sunlight.
