A source shared with us, “Allu Arjun will appear before the court on Monday and will continue to follow the legal lead, abiding by the court of law. All speculation serves no purpose at this point. He will be physically present in the court whenever required, obediently.”

All about the case

The stampede took place on December 4, 2024 during a special show of Pushpa: The Rule at Sandhya Theatre. A woman, identified as Revathi, died in the incident and her son, Sritej, suffered serious injuries.

The court has issued summons to 19 accused persons in the case, while the police have already filed a charge sheet against 23 individuals.

The Chikkadpally Police have named Allu Arjun as Accused No. 11, while the management of Sandhya Theatre has been listed as Accused Nos. 1 to 10.

In a recent development linked to the aftermath of the incident, the actor’s father and producer Allu Aravind and Arjun’s wife Sneha Reddy also visited young Sritej’s home and met his family. Reports said that during the visit, Allu Aravind also promised educational support for Sritej’s younger sister. He is reported to have told the family, “Study well, I will bear all the expenses for your education.”

Reports also said the Allu family, along with the production banner associated with Pushpa, has been helping with Sritej’s medical expenses since the incident and that the support is continuing as he undergoes rehabilitation and long-term medical care. Visuals from the visit were later shared by a fan page dedicated to Allu Arjun on social media.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun will be seen next in director Atlee’s film, Raaka, co-starring Deepika Padukone.
