One year of stolen socks, chewed-up toys and “zero regrets” called for a proper birthday celebration, and Aadhira the dog got exactly that.
The family celebrated their pet dog Aadhira’s first birthday with a full-fledged cake-cutting ceremony, complete with a birthday cap, a room full of people singing for her and a plate of treats waiting to be devoured.
The Instagram page Aadhira the Shepard shared the video, showing several family members gathered around the birthday girl as she sat patiently in front of her “cake”.

As the family sang “Happy Birthday” and clapped, Aadhira calmly waited for the celebrations to finish. She was dressed for the occasion too, wearing a tiny birthday cap that made the already adorable scene even sweeter.
Once the song was over, the family finally let her dig into her birthday treat; a plate piled high with dog-friendly snacks that appeared to be the perfect reward for the star of the day.
