Fugitive Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list over his alleged involvement in organised crime, targeted killings, extortion and narcotics trafficking.
The FBI announced Singh’s addition to the list on September 28, making him the 543rd fugitive to be placed on the Ten Most Wanted list since its inception in 1950. The agency is offering a reward of up to USD 1 million for information leading to his arrest.

Singh is wanted in the US on federal charges including racketeer influenced and corrupt organisations conspiracy, conspiracy to interfere with and attempted interference with commerce by extortion, and conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
According to the FBI, Singh is allegedly a leader of the Lawrence Bishnoi organised crime group in North America. The group is accused of involvement in violent crimes including targeted killings, shootings, murders, kidnappings, extortion and trafficking of narcotics and weapons in the US, Canada and elsewhere.
FBI Los Angeles Field Office Assistant Director in Charge Patrick Grandy described Singh as a dangerous individual and said the agency had made his apprehension a priority.
The FBI said Singh is considered extremely violent, armed and dangerous and is known to reside in California and various parts of Canada.
Singh was among the fugitives identified following Operation Hardball, a years-long federal investigation into India-based transnational organised crime groups. In July, US authorities announced charges against 37 defendants linked to three such groups.
According to the FBI, one of the indictments focused on the Bishnoi enterprise, with Singh allegedly serving as one of its leaders. Investigators allege that Singh helped direct members and associates of the enterprise worldwide.
