Gessime Yassine has tapped in a fourth goal for Morocco as Haiti’s frustrations boil over.

The VAR took several minutes to review whether the ball went completely out of bounds before it was crossed into Yassine who was smiling the whole time before running away for a delayed celebration.

It’s his first international goal. Morocco are celebrating.

Morocco 4-2 Haiti after 89 minutes

Substitute Soufiane Rahimi has come off the bench and slammed home a goal to put Morocco ahead 3-2.

Rahimi broke into tears as he slid on his knees, that is a special goal to him and to his nation.

This is the first time since France 1998 where Morocco have scored three goals in game.

Scotland have come agonisingly close to several goals from McTominay and Lawrence Shankland as Brazil make several substitutions. Fabhino is off for Casemiro, and Gabriel Martinelli is on for Lucas Paqueta.

None get a louder applause, however, than when Neymar gets ready to come on from the sideline.

Before he can, Scotland win two successive corners and Shankland gets a header, but it’s blocked by Brazil.

Finally, Cunha is replaced by Neymar who comes on for the first time this tournament after being out with an injury. He hasn’t played for Brazil since October 2023.

Morocco have been on the attack against Haiti in the second half, but they can’t break the deadlock…at least for now.

Morocco have made three subs including taking Saibari, their star striker, from the field.

So they are perhaps looking to the next round, safe in the knowledge they will finish second as long as they win or draw.

It’s all doom and gloom for Scotland in Miami as Brazil get their third goal.

The play begins with Guimaraes who shows incredible skill to weave through Scotland’s defenders before making a short pass to Matheus Cunha. All Cunha has to do now is strike the ball into the goal with his right foot. He’s precise and powerful, and he extends Brazil’s lead.

Scotland have restarted stronger after the break with Scott McTominay getting a header on target. It’s caught by Brazil’s keeper, Alisson Becker. It’s a positive start and is reflected in the stats which have the Scots slowly stealing more time on the ball.

Scotland made one substitution in the break, replacing Andy Robertson with Kiernan Tierney.

However, Brazil show just how punishing they can be in transition when Vini Jnr finds himself in front of goal and fires on target with his a right-footed effort. Angus Gunn makes a brilliant save.

Brazil are on track to win Group C as they lead Scotland 2-0 and Morocco are tied with Haiti 2-2.

But because Brazil and Morocco drew their group game, either side can win the group.

Morocco trail Brazil on goal difference so they will not only need to beat Haiti, they will need to run up the score as Brazil are +5 are goal difference and Morocco +1.

So Morocco will need Brazil to remain 2-0 ahead while winning this match 6-2 without giving up any yellow cards – that should put them through on team conduct score.

That would be some story.

Both matches are resuming.

With two very exciting matches, we want to know which one you’re tuned into:

Morocco are dominating time spent with the ball and the number of attempts on goal. Those are some impressive goalkeeping stats for Haiti’s keeper, Placide.

It’s not a bad share of possession for Scotland as we pause for half-time, but they’re missing out on any shots on goal. Take a look at the numbers:
