Colombia have two disallowed goals from two offside calls in quick succession. Both are from Luis Diaz, who’d have two goals to his name and have given Colombia a 3-0 lead had he just waited a millisecond more.

Colombia have managed to find a goal with just 15 minutes to go. It’s won by Daniel Munoz, who strikes after his teammate Jhon Cordoba goes down in the penalty box.

Juan Fernando Quintero will get the assist for a pass originally intended for Cordoba.

Munoz’s left footer into the goal glides past keeper Lionel Mpasi, who displayed some lazy keeping there.

There’s still no winner by the second drinks break in Colombia v DR Congo at the 68th minute as the score remains 0-0.

Miami: Neymar is available for Brazil’s third World Cup group match against Scotland tomorrow morning (AEST) but coach Carlo Ancelotti declined to say if he would play a role in the Miami Stadium clash.

The 34-year-old forward was recalled by the Italian for the World Cup after almost three years away from the national team but has yet to play at the tournament because of a calf injury.

“Neymar is available,” Ancelotti told reporters on Tuesday. “He worked this week and can be available for the match. We are very happy that he is back because obviously, with his quality, he can help the team.

“I’ve really got to know him well. He has worked very seriously, trying to recover as quickly as possible.

The rain is falling in Guadalajara but the goals have yet to arrive, despite a frantic first half between Colombia and DR Congo.

DR Congo threatened late in the half with some counter-attacks but it was Colombia who regularly entered the box, only to see their shots blocked by the ever-willing Congolese defence.

The shots tally is 14 to two at the break but only six of those shots were on target.

The fans have their towels and shawls covering their heads at the break; supposedly it is the rainy season in Mexico, which explains things.

Still, the second half should be a cracker. If either side can take the win they will progress to the round of 32.

Colombia 0-0 DR Congo, half-time

Make no mistake, this DR Congo side is a very handy one, with players like Yoane Wissa, who pays for EPL club Newcastle United.

But they have been largely dominated in the opening 30 minutes as Colombia put the foot down and tried to take the early lead.

Colombia has had about 62 per cent of possession and taken 10 shots, to one from DR Congo.

It feels like a Colombia home game as Guadalajara Stadium is bathed in yellow jerseys and each shot is met with a towering roar.

Colombia’s Daniel Munoz looked to have opened the scoring just minutes into the clash with DR Congo.

In a frenetic few seconds, DR Congo keeper Lionel Mpasi pulled up an acrobatic save to deny a lofted attempt from Munoz.

But the Colombian reacted with speed and followed up his shot, forcing the ball into the net.

Munoz took off to celebrate but the offside flag went up.

Play is under way between Colombia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Let us know who you think will win and by how much:

The final match of the day will kick off at 12pm (AEST) between Colombia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Estadio Guadalajara – easily my favourite venue of the tournament.

Colombia are currently sitting second in Group K behind Portugal after winning their first match 3-1 over Uzbekistan. If they win this match they’ll top the group with six points.
