Hyderabad: On Thursday, June 18, a team from the Hyderabad Food Adulteration Surveillance Team (H-FAST ) raided a Zepto warehouse in Chandrayangutta and discovered a number of expired products.
An H-FAST official told Siasat.com that a customer complained about receiving expired namkeen products twice after calling the H-FAST helpline (918712661212 ).
A raid was carried out the day after the complaint in collaboration with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation ( GHMC) Food Safety Officer Rajeshwari.
The GHMC issued a notice after the inventory seized all expired materials.
