Hyderabad: Spice Kitchen was found to have had corn pests and inadequate sanitation.

On Thursday, June 18, the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation’s ( CMC) food safety evaluation at Spice Kitchen in PNR Empire revealed numerous violations, including a significant insect infestation in the kitchen, freezer, and store locations.

Sour meal, both vegetarians and non-vegetarian, was kept in the refrigerator, and many items lacked labeling, wrapping, or day marking, and the flooring near the washroom was shattered.

A recommendation for pest control, hygiene, and food storage practices was issued, and instructions for the improvement notice was issued.
