Actor Shanaya Kapoor shared a glimpse of her cousin Anshula Kapoor’s pre-wedding rituals on Instagram. The celebrations ahead of Anshula’s wedding to fiance Rohan Thakkar were attended by several members of the Kapoor family.
The pictures shared by Shanaya featured her father, actor Sanjay Kapoor, her mother Maheep, and her younger brother Jahaan. Anshula’s siblings, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, also attended the pre-wedding celebrations.

Sharing the post, Shanaya wrote, “we love you @anshulakapoor @rohanthakkar1511 (heart and evil eye emojis) (sic).” In the photos the family is seen smiling with everyone dressed in traditional attire.
Anshula got engaged to Rohan in July 2025. She had shared pictures of the romantic proposal on Instagram. Her caption read, “We started talking on a Tuesday at 1.15 am and ended up talking for hours,” she wrote. “Three years later, in my favourite city, in front of the castle in Central Park, he proposed!” She added that the proposal took place at exactly 1.15 am IST – the same time they first spoke – making it feel “like magic (sic).” The duo had met on a dating app in 2022.
While Anshula confessed that she never believed in fairytales, this moment was different. “It was intentional, thoughtful, real, us. I said yes. (red heart emoji) Through ugly tears, shaky laughs, and the kind of happiness I can’t put into words (sic),” she added.
Anshula is the daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and his late ex-wife, Mona Shourie Kapoor. She is the younger sister of actor Arjun Kapoor. Janhvi and Khushi, daughters of Boney’s late wife, actor Sridevi are stepsisters to Arjun and Anshula.
Anshula was last seen on ‘The Traitors’. It is currently streaming on Prime Video.
