Famous actress Jennifer Lawrence has swapped Hollywood blockbusters to join a raft of A-List peers in launching a beauty product.
The 36-year-old Hunger Games star announced her new venture, a hair care brand, in the latest edition of The Cut.
Her company, Mes, calls itself “biodesigned haircare” and launched its three products, a repair mask, a restyling serum, and a volumising mist, on October 27.
In her signature self-deprecating style, the celebrity claimed she had to embrace a “fake it till you make it” attitude.
“I have to pretend I’ve made the greatest thing on earth,” she told the publication.
“Otherwise it gets too scary. It’s a form of forced manifestation.”
Her new brand was slightly overshadowed by the public reaction to her appearance in her cover photo, which many labelled “unrecognisable” due to her flawless under eye area.
Fans later however uncovered untouched photos of the mum-of-two from the shoot, showing her eyes looking natural.
The star was most recently in the 2025 psychological drama Die My Love and has a cameo appearance reprising her Katniss Everdeen role for the prequel The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.
