An influencer’s dream Bali holiday has quickly turned into a nightmare after a horrific crash left her fighting for life.
Lis Santos Bayir, born Elisangela Aparecida dos Santos, was vacationing on the popular tourist island when she was involved in a collision while riding a motorcycle on August 1.
The Brazilian influencer was rushed to BIMC Kuta Hospital where she remains in a stable condition in the intensive care unit.
As she recovers, her family issued an urgent plea for blood donations in a heartbreaking statement.
“We urgently need donations of type B+ blood,” the family said according to The Sun.
“Anyone who can donate or share this request will make a huge difference to her recovery.
“She continues under intensive care in the ICU, closely monitored by a dedicated and attentive medical team.
“The focus now is to monitor how she responds in the coming days to this new phase of stimulation.
“We remain very confident and deeply grateful for every prayer, message and positive energy sent by you.”
Fans have sent messages of support for the Brazilian star on her last post before the tragic accident.
“Liz, you are very strong and a warrior!!! Praying for her recovery,” one follower wrote.
“Praying Lis. This will be another Super Woman overcome!,” another said.
“Praying for you Liz,” a third echoed.
Bayir has built a following of 18,000 on Instagram by sharing inspirational content about personal wellbeing and growth following a battle with cancer.
