Lisa Rinna “needs” to be on TV.

The former Melrose Place actress has issued a come-and-get-me plea to producers but while she’s been a regular face on reality shows over the years, there are two she’ll never take part in.

She told People magazine: “No Survivor and no Big Brother, none of that. No, no. We’re couture.

“I’ve pretty much done them all, and the ones that I shouldn’t do, I’ve passed on.

“The thing is, I need to be on television, so we need to find me a show. So hurry up, so hurry up.”

Lisa – who has Delilah, 28, and Amelia, 25, with husband Harry Hamlin – kicked off her reality TV career when she competed in the second season of Dancing with the Stars in 2006, and she admitted the contest changed her life “for the better” because it helped her get her “mojo back” after welcoming her younger daughter into the world.

She said: “It was life-changing, truly. It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done. It really is. I’ll never forget it, and I wish I could do it again.

“I think what it does is it just opens you up. It opened me up in a way. It freed me. I don’t know how to say it. It just freed me, and then your confidence is up, and you just have fun.”

The 63-year-old star previously claimed her eight-year stint on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills had made her a better actress.

Speaking on The Jennifer Hudson Show in 2024, she said: “It has made me a better actor. I’m acting again [and] I’m not kidding — you laugh, but it’s true. I think it made me a better actor.

“Working with those women, going through that experience… I just did a movie called Mommy Meanest, which I trained for for eight years on that show.

“I definitely did, and I had a lot to pull from. I have a lot to pull from after working for eight years on that show — different psychologies of different women I never would have come across that if I hadn’t done that show.”

However, Lisa would “never” consider a return to Real Housewives.

She said: “I’m grateful for that show. I’m the person I am today because of it, but I’ll never go back. Nope, I did it. Did it, done it, saw the movie.”
