A female PE teacher who allegedly assisted in the carrying out of a Sydney gangland shooting has been re-arrested for conspiring to murder another individual.
Ashleigh Ann Seeney, 28, was arrested on Tuesday night at Wollongong Police Station just before 5pm, more than a week after police attached to Strike Force Falcon arrested two young men for an alleged murder plot in West Hoxton.
Ms Seeney, a sports teacher at Airds High School in Campbelltown, was arrested last week for her alleged role as a getaway driver for a kill crew who shot dead innocent tradie Joshua MacDonald, 40, in a botched gangland assassination attempt on September 2.
The young teacher was initially due to face charges of accessory after the fact to murder, participating in a criminal group and failing to provide digital evidence.
She was re-arrested on Tuesday night and slapped with three extra charges of conspiracy to murder, participation in a criminal group and not disclosing the identity of a passenger.
