Days after explaining the hip injury that forced her off set, Rashmika Mandanna has shared a glimpse of her recovery routine. The actor, who recently revealed that she tore a tendon in her right hip while shooting for Mysaa, said her days are now centred around rest, family, books, puzzles and spending time with her pet, Aura.
In a new “Dear Diary” entry on Instagram, Rashmika said she has been embracing a slower pace as she recovers at home.

She wrote that her days currently involve “a lot of sleeping and recovery”, along with reading, solving puzzles, watching shows, catching up on hair and skincare, attending meetings and spending time with her family.
The 30-year-old actor also revealed that she has finally found time to go through her wedding photos and videos, something she had been unable to do earlier because of her busy schedule.
Sharing details of her daily routine, Rashmika wrote that she now wakes up naturally without alarms, limits herself to two meals a day, attends work meetings, spends time reading or solving puzzles with Aura whenever possible, watches a show and then heads back to bed. She added that slowing down once in a while “isn’t all that bad”.

Earlier this week, Rashmika had explained the nature of her injury after fans expressed concern over her health. She said the injury occurred while filming a dance sequence for Mysaa, calling it the most physically demanding film she has worked on.
The actor explained that one of the four tendons connecting her right hip to her leg had detached and now needs time to reattach before she can properly lift her leg again. She added that while the injury is painful, it is not unbearable.
Rashmika resumed shooting for Mysaa after her wedding to actor Vijay Deverakonda in February. Directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films, the emotional action thriller is set against the backdrop of the Gond tribes, with Rashmika portraying a Gond woman.
Apart from Mysaa, Rashmika has a packed slate ahead with Ranabaali, Pushpa 3, Animal Park and Rakka.
