Relief to the HC and HYDRAA Commissioners

Hyderabad: On September 1, a second judge ordered the substitution of HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath, but the High Court in Telangana High Court did not return until November 3.

Ranganath challenged the single judge’s order on July 27 ordering the Chief Secretary to appoint a suitable replacement for the post of Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency ( HYDRAA ) Chief and remove him from the position.

The department chair of Justices P Sam Koshy and Narsing Rao Nandikonda on Tuesday suspended the one judge order until the next hearing meeting on November 3.

The second judge had ordered Ranganath’s replacement and rejected an apology from him in connection with three contempt petitions brought against him by a real estate organization. The business claimed that HYDRAA broke the law.

The HYDRAA Commissioner is facing up to 63 hatred cases in court, according to the individual prosecutor.

The business filed a contempt petition with regard to the company’s 40-acre land claim in Lothukunta village close to where the one judge heard the directive.

In one of the hatred petitions, the business just claimed that HYDRAA’s officers have been constantly trespassing on the company’s property.
