Saba Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan’s girl, has revealed her religious beliefs and how her family, seasoned artist Sharmila Tagore, raised the Pataudi babies after adopting Islam.

” I think Islam is my faith, and I do interact with it,” I say. And I’m spiritual because, she said,” If I were to think of a God, I would probably say Allah.”
Saba clarified that adhering to one religion does not mean abiding by the faiths of others. She then described her parents ‘ religious union and claimed Sharmila had a Muslim heritage after marrying legendary batsman Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.
Amma and Abba actually converted to Islam and helped us understand it, Saba explained.” Amma did this so that we wouldn’t get confused and would have some sort of grounding when they got married,” she said.
She added that while the sisters were growing up, Hinduism was not practiced earnestly in their homes. There was no church, she continued, and there was no Hindu practiced.
In 1968, Sharmila Tagore wed Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Saif Ali Khan, Saba Pataudi, and Soha Ali Khan, the pair welcomed three kids. Saif and Soha both entered the pleasure sector, but Saba mostly avoided movies and concentrated on jewelry design.
Saba’s discovery has now attracted attention digitally, giving a rare glimpse into the culture and faith of one of Bollywood’s most well-known families.
