Limited to 125 units per key region globally, the anniversary edition brings exclusive styling elements to the standard Classic 650, while retaining its familiar design and mechanical package. Deliveries in India are scheduled to commence from November 2026 onwards.
Royal Enfield Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition: Design
The biggest highlight of the anniversary edition is its bespoke Hypershift paint finish, which transitions between shades of red, green and gold depending on how light falls on the motorcycle. The colour treatment draws inspiration from Royal Enfield’s historical paint finishes.
The motorcycle retains the Classic 650’s signature teardrop-shaped fuel tank and nacelle-mounted headlamp. It also features a brass base, a gold-finished 125-year crest, special side-panel badging and hand-painted pinstripes, setting it apart from the standard model.
Royal Enfield Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition: Engine and specifications
Powering the special edition is the familiar 647.95cc, parallel-twin engine, which produces 47bhp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,650rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and comes with fuel injection and electric starting.
The motorcycle is built around a steel tubular spine frame, suspended by a 43mm telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 300mm rear disc, with dual-channel ABS offered as standard.
With all 125 India-allotted units finding buyers in under six minutes, the anniversary edition has seen a strong response from enthusiasts and collectors. Deliveries are expected to begin in November 2026.
