The woman told police that the duo consumed alcohol at the house. She alleged that one of the men then molested her, while the other sexually assaulted her. When she resisted, the accused allegedly threatened to kill her.

After returning home, the woman informed her family about the incident. Based on her written complaint, police registered a case against both men under relevant legal provisions. Officials subsequently visited and inspected the reported scene.
