A woman from Uttar Pradesh planned a heartwarming birthday surprise for her husband, presenting him with a handmade scrapbook filled with chocolates, handwritten notes and affectionate messages.
Suraj and Priyanka shared a video of the moment on Instagram, where it garnered over 16 million views and left social media users delighted by the thoughtful gesture.
Priyanka had decorated a table with two cakes, gifts and other birthday surprises before presenting the scrapbook she had personally created for Suraj. Made using sketch pens, handwritten notes and chocolates, the scrapbook featured a series of messages expressing her love and appreciation for him.

As Suraj opened the scrapbook with a smile, the first page greeted him with a simple message: “Happy Birthday Patidev.”
The following pages combined popular chocolates and candies with romantic notes. One page described him as her “Chocopie” and had the snack pasted on it. Another read, “Happiness comes in little Gems like you,” accompanied by packets of Gems candies.
On the next page, Priyanka wrote, “I give you a 5-star rating for always being there for me,” alongside a 5 Star chocolate bar. She followed it up with, “Your love melts me like Dairy Milk,” attaching two Dairy Milk chocolates to the page.
The scrapbook continued the theme with more confectionery-inspired declarations. “You give refreshness in my life like Center Fresh,” one page read, featuring packets of the chewing gum. Another promised, “I will never take a KitKat break from our relationship.”
Using Pulse candies for the next message, Priyanka wrote that every pulse of her heart said she loved him “always and forever” and described him as her lucky charm. The scrapbook concluded with a handwritten letter in Hindi dedicated to her husband.
