A dispute over an online delivery order escalated into a physical fight between delivery riders near Tata Eureka Park society in Greater Noida’s Sector 150 on Saturday night. A video of the clash, showing a group of riders chasing and beating a man on the road, has since gone viral on social media. Police reached the spot, brought the situation under control and arrested those involved in the fight, officials said.

According to the police, the dispute broke out between delivery riders working for online ordering platforms near the residential society. An argument over who would take an order escalated into a physical fight between the two groups.
The viral video shows several people fighting on the road near society. Some of them can be seen chasing and beating a young man, who attempts to escape by entering the residential complex.
Security guards at society intervene to separate the individuals and prevent the fight from escalating further. Other people in the area are also seen trying to calm the two sides.

Following information about the incident, personnel from the Knowledge Park police station reached the location and brought the situation under control. The police subsequently detained those involved in the fight and initiated legal proceedings against them.
The police media cell confirmed that the altercation took place near Tata Eureka Park under the jurisdiction of the Knowledge Park police station.
It said the delivery riders had got into a fight over taking an online order and that the police had taken action against the individuals involved in accordance with the law.
Knowledge Park police station in-charge Vinod Kumar said the incident stemmed from a dispute among delivery riders and was not connected to any other issue. He added that legal action had been taken against all those involved.
The video has drawn attention to the altercation, with footage showing the fight unfolding in a public area near the residential complex. The intervention of the society’s security guards and other people helped bring the confrontation under control before the police arrived.
Police have described the incident as a dispute between delivery riders over an order.
