In traffic news, a crash near South Perth has brought the Kwinana Freeway southbound to a crawl this morning.
The left lane is closed before the South Terrace exit, with Main Roads WA warning traffic is heavy on approach back to Stephenson Avenue.
“Drive with caution as motorists are out of videos,” a Main Roads update read.
Police, ambulances and towing services are on site.
New details have emerged of a horror crash in WA’s north on Monday morning.
Two people died when a RAM ute towing a caravan and a Toyota LandCruiser ute collided on the North West Coastal Highway about 20km south of Overlander Roadhouse in Hamelin Pool, near Shark Bay, at 11.30am.
The 60-year-old man driving the RAM and the 45-year-old man behind the wheel of the LandCruiser both died at the scene.
Meanwhile, a woman in her 50s and a 12-year-old child – both passengers in the RAM – were flown to Perth by the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
