The body of a woman has been found alongside an unconscious man in a unit in Sydney’s west.
Police made the grim discovery while conducting a welfare check at a property on Station St, Wentworthville at about 8.45pm on Monday.
Police said a 53-year-old man was also found unresponsive inside the unit.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
A crime scene has been established and investigations are ongoing.
