Zoey Deutch has addressed speculation that she and Jimmy Tatro are married.
On Tuesday (23.06.26), the 31-year-old actress clarified that she and the 34-year-old actor remain engaged after her Instagram followers misinterpreted a shot to mark their one-year engagement anniversary for a wedding photo.
In the picture taken at the LACMA Gala, Los Angeles, in November 2025, the Voicemails for Isabelle star donned a white dress as she kissed the Scream 7 alum, who donned a tuxedo.
Zoey captioned the upload: “One year engagementversary. I love my @jimmy.”
Some fans assumed the pair tied the knot, as one penned in the post’s comments section: “Oh so the weddings over our work is done (sic).”
A second supporter quipped: “Damn the wedding already happened? I went to Tuxedos by Mike for no reason (sic).”
And a third follower typed: “My boy Jimmy got married ahhhhh (sic).”
Zoey then clarified in the comments: “No we’re not married I just keep accidentally dressing like this. My bad. (sic)”
Last September, Zoey confirmed she and Jimmy are engaged.
The Zombieland: Double Tap cast member captioned a series of romantic photos on Instagram: “Three months engaged to the love of my life.”
Zoey first went public with her relationship with Jimmy on social media on Valentine’s Day in 2021.
She captioned a collage of the duo: “Just using today as an excuse to post some top-notch untapped Zoey content.”
In 2022, Zoey said her and Jimmy’s differences keep things exciting in their relationship.
Appearing on an episode of the Betches U Up? podcast, the Set It Up entertainer said: “I would be so bored if I was dating someone who agreed with me on everything and thought everything in the same way as me – I’d be so bored by that.
“I mean, I am currently with someone who is my actual polar opposite.”
Also, that year, Zoey revealed that Jimmy cannot watch her 2022 comedy-drama Not Okay without cringing.
The film follows her alter ego Danni Saunders, who is desperate for a big social media presence.
She recalled: “My boyfriend watched it for the first time and he was like, ‘No! Zoey, why are you doing that?’
“I don’t know if he actually really watched it because his head was in his hands the whole time.”
