Three people were killed and several others are feared trapped after a crane collapsed during flyover construction work on the under-construction expressway being built to connect Faridabad with Jewar Airport.
The incident took place while construction work was under way on the expressway project, police said. Initial reports suggest that the crane fell from above during the ongoing construction activity.
Police confirmed that three people have died in the accident, while rescue operations are underway amid fears that several others may still be trapped under the debris.

The mishap occurred at a section of the expressway where flyover construction was in progress as part of the Faridabad-Jewar Airport connectivity project.
