Hyderabad: On August 9, Hyderabad’s DGP CV Anand unveiled “TG-VEER,” a devoted grievance website for the families of officers martyrs.
Anand, who traveled to the Warangal city, spoke with the families of the 28 authorities martyrs of the Warangal Commissionerate who perished while fighting Maoists, according to an official release.
The DGP launched the “TG-VEER” website, which offers a single software for families to file grievances involving financial aid, sympathetic appointments, story registration, and additional benefits to which they are entitled.
Additionally, it includes a centralized repository of relevant government directions, as well as the saint’s company status, family information, and benefits received. Older officers can track and monitor concerns at the state and unit levels, it said.
The DGP also distributed family cards with QR-code support to the victims ‘ people. A family member may be directed to the TG-VEER dispute site by scanning the QR code.
The Special Intelligence Branch ( SIB ) officials responsible for creating the portal were instructed by the DGP to immediately inform all units to collect the grievances of all martyrs ‘ families and prepare a comprehensive report.
Ex-gratia, financial aid, story registration, registration, or name issues, annuity, and other welfare issues were all raised by the families in the DGP’s notice.
He promised to address the issues with the government and work toward their decision.
Anand said he could feel the pain of people who lost their loved ones in the line of duty by sharing his personal connections with Warangal, where he began his career at the height of the Maoist action.
Anand started his officers job with the Warangal Rural Subdivision as an ASP.
He recalled the difficult years when police officers engaged in ambushes and exchanged firearms, and added that the peace that pervades now stems from the sacrifices of those who put duty before their own lives.
