Australian OnlyFans star Annie Knight has revealed the extent of her fiancé Henry Brayshaw’s gambling addiction and how it almost led to the end of their relationship.
The 29-year-old content creator from the Gold Coast is set to marry Brayshaw in October, but almost walked away from him after discovering he had been lying about his gambling addiction.
While Knight had known Brayshaw experienced gambling slip-ups, she revealed the betrayal was not the money itself — it was learning he had been lying to her and even involving friends to cover up the extent of his addiction.
She described spending a week crying from the moment she woke up until she went to bed.
“I didn’t find out all at once that he’d spent $30,000. I found out it was happening week after week. It would be one grand, two grand, then three grand, four grand. It just kept adding up,” she said during an episode of Stan’s new reality series Turned On: Dirty Sexy Money.
“What really broke me wasn’t even the money. It was finding out he’d been lying to me. That was the betrayal. That was the thing that pushed me over the edge and made me question whether our relationship could survive.
“I spent a full week crying from the minute I woke up until the minute I went to bed. I still had to film a TV show in between all of that, but it was honestly the hardest week of my life. I thought I was going to lose everything.”
She said the experience taught her one of the hardest lessons she’s ever learned: that no matter how much you love someone, you can’t save them from addiction.
“The most difficult part about loving someone with an addiction is that they are not their addiction. Who Henry is at his core is such a beautiful, loving, kind and trustworthy person. Addiction changes people. It turns them into someone they’re not,” she said.
“I realised that just because someone has an addiction doesn’t mean you have to accept being hurt. I understood that addiction was making Henry lie and manipulate people, but that didn’t mean I deserved to feel used or manipulated.
“For so long I carried the burden by myself because Henry was ashamed that he’d relapsed. Looking back now, if it ever happened again, I wouldn’t do that. I’d ask for help immediately.
“The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that no matter how much you love someone else, you have to love yourself enough to know when it’s time to put yourself first.”
Knight and Brayshaw first met in 2016 while working together at a pub in Melbourne. They got engaged during a trip to Cancun in March 2025.
Knight rose to fame for being “Australia’s most sexually active woman”, filming with “barely legal 18-year-olds” at Schoolies and for having sex with nearly 600 men in a day in May 2025.
While Brayshaw is the son of former WA cricketer and Channel 7 commentator James Brayshaw, and the cousin of Fremantle Docker Andrew Brayshaw and ex-AFL players Angus and Hamish Brayshaw.
The couple plan to tie the knot at a $170,000 wedding.
