Bigg Boss 20 Episode 4 turned Day 3 inside the house into a mix of domestic friction, teasing over a possible romantic angle and a tense captaincy battle. The episode moved from a kitchen argument between Mary Kom and Rhiti Tiwari to conversations around Kushal Tanwar, also known as Gullu and Kanika Mann, before shifting to a physically demanding task that sparked fresh clashes among contestants.

The biggest moments of the episode came from everyday house duties and the ongoing fight for power. While Mary and Rhiti locked horns over kitchen work, Kanika made it clear she did not want any romantic track inside the house. The episode then returned to the captaincy contest, where the remaining contenders fought to protect and collect popcorn as tempers flared across the house.
Early in the episode, Mary Kom was seen questioning the housemates about their kitchen responsibilities. During the exchange, Rhiti Tiwari said she would first make tea and then begin her duties. Mary responded by saying that making tea did not take much time. The matter escalated when Rhiti told her that she was not the captain.
As the argument continued, Mary told Rhiti that the whole world knew who she was and also took a swipe at her identity. The tension, however, did not last long, and the two soon resolved the fight.
Elsewhere in the house, Isha Rikhi and Arishfa Khan teased Gullu by linking his name with Kanika Mann. Later, Isha directly asked Kanika about her feelings. Kanika replied that she only wanted to focus on the game and did not want to get involved in any romantic angle inside the house.
The episode then returned to the captaincy track, which had carried over after the previous round of eliminations left Gullu, Aasif Khan and Yung DSA in the race. The contestants were given a task in which they had to protect and collect popcorn while competing against one another. The challenge tested their ability to hold on to their share while also knocking rivals out of the contest.
The task led to several confrontations among the contestants. Among the clashes seen during the competition were arguments involving Gullu and Tanmay Singh, also known as ScoutOP, as well as Qazi Touqeer and Aasif Khan, among others. The captaincy fight added to the already charged atmosphere in the house.
