A girl has been killed and two others are fighting for life following a four-car collision in West Melbourne.
Emergency services rushed to Dynon Rd just before 4.30pm on Wednesday where they found a girl dead in one of the vehicles.
A man driving that vehicle and another child were rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
A woman and child who were also in the car were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two men driving separate vehicles also received non-life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital.
Paramedics treated another female driver at the scene.
Major Collision Investigation detectives urge anyone with dashcam footage or information to contact Crime Stoppers.
