The father of Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal, who was allegedly murdered in June after being pushed off a cliff by his fiance Siya Goyal and her lover, has said he suspects that more members of her family may have been part of the conspiracy to kill his son.
He has demanded capital punishment for those responsible.
Vishal Agarwal said he has approached the court for a copy of the chargesheet filed in the case and has also sought a government notification appointing Ujjwal Nikam as the special public prosecutor.

He said he would comment on the contents of the chargesheet after reading it.
“I have not yet gone through the chargesheet. I will comment once I read it. We have already approached the court for a copy,” he told PTI Videos on Monday.
Agarwal said he still suspected the involvement of other members of Siya Goyal’s family in the alleged murder conspiracy.
“I still suspect that Siya’s father, mother, brother, uncle and aunt are involved in the conspiracy to murder Ketan. I will be able to comment on this after reading the chargesheet,” he said.
Referring to reports that Siya was secretly married to co-accused Chetan Chaudhary, Agarwal questioned why her family had allegedly tried to arrange her marriage with his son if those reports were true. He also said the investigation into the murder case was moving in the right direction.
Agarwal said he had earlier approached Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis seeking a fast-track trial and the appointment of Nikam as special public prosecutor.
“Till date, I have not received any concrete clarification on either of these demands. I will once again request the government to issue the necessary notification,” he said.
He reiterated that his only demand was that those responsible for killing his son should be awarded capital punishment. Pune Rural Police on Saturday filed a chargesheet of more than 5,000 pages against Siya Goyal, Chetan Chaudhary and his friend Ritesh Hange.
Ketan Agarwal died after being pushed off Lohagad Fort on June 18, after which all three were arrested.
The case centres on the death of Ketan Agarwal at Lohagad Fort and the chargesheet filed against Goyal, Chaudhary and Hange, with his father continuing to seek a fast-track trial, the appointment of a special public prosecutor and the death penalty for the accused.
