Glassy-eyed Australian TV royalty has been pictured rolling out of The Star casino in Sydney during the wee small hours of Monday morning after a long night of celebrating the Logie Awards.
Some A-listers appeared a touch worse for wear leaving the after-party, while presenting queen Sonia Kruger somehow managed to stay looking almost as fresh as she did at the start of Sunday evening.
Kruger put on an extremely leggy display as she left the hotel, while Gold Logie winner Sam Pang was photographed leaving in a taxi about 4am with his trophy safely in hand.
He was in the company of TV vet Chris Brown, who had his hands full carrying blue Nike sneakers, a box, a backpack and his phone.
Better Homes and Gardens host Johanna Griggs and singer Casey Donovan swapped their heels for flats after a big night of tearing up the dancefloor.
RFDS and Colin From Accounts actress Emma Harvie could no longer walk for herself and was carried out in the arms of costar Thomas Cockerel.
The Mentalist star Simon Baker — who won a silver Logie for best supporting actor in Prime Video’s The Narrow Road to the Deep North — also looked slightly rough around the edges.
He left the event alongside Heather Mitchell, who is soon to star in the new Paramount Plus series Dalliance. She accepted Sam Neill’s posthumous Logie for his work in The Twelve.
Other celebrities who were spotted by paparazzi included Natalie Gruzlewski, Georgia Parker, James Stewart and Ada Nicodemou, Julia Morris and Sam Mac, whose farewells ranged between midnight and 4.30am.
It comes after the glamour and excitement of the 66th Logies was received incredibly well by audiences at home, with the red carpet and award broadcasts reaching 3.97 million people on Seven and 7plus.
The night attracted the biggest audience since the Logies returned to Seven in 2023.
The audience was up 4 per cent on the 2025 awards — meaning it is the fourth year in a row viewership has increased.
With 22-year-old Robert Irwin on hosting duties for the first time, during which he wrangled a blue-tongued lizard and two snakes and did the worm during Peking Duk’s set to a gorgeous Country Practice look-back, it’s no doubt TV’s night of nights entertained people around the country.
Other musicians who performed were, Katie Noonan, Casey Donovan and Dannii Minogue, the latter who paid a heartfelt tribute to the legendary host and creator of Young Talent Time, Johnny Young, who died last week.
Karl Stefanovic may have been absent but that didn’t mean he was safe from being the butt of jokes.
“Unfortunately, Karl Stefanovic didn’t RSVP tonight. Which means we didn’t have to hire quite as many bartenders, but we’ve kept him a spare seat, just in case. It’s over there to the right. The far right,” Irwin joked during his opening monologue.
WA’s very own rising star, 10-year-old Eloise Hart even had some screen time, getting sassy while presenting two awards early in the evening.
She was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent for her role in ABC’s Goolagong and Mystery Road: Origin, but Goolagong co-star Lila McGuire took home the gong.
Magda Szubanski reprised her role as Kath and Kim character Sharon Strzelecki after she was revealed as the surprise guest to present Pang’s Gold Logie.
Wearing khakis, Sharon was introduced to the stage by Irwin as the newest employee at Australia Zoo.
The 2025 Hall of Fame inductee recieved a thunderous standing ovation with her peers delighted to see her return following her stage four blood cancer diagnosis which she announced she was in remission for in February.
It was also a history making Logies as actress Deborah Mailman became the first Indigenous Australian to be welcomed into the Hall of Fame.
“I’m overwhelmed with pride to be the first Aboriginal person to receive this honour,” Mailman said.
“And as I look around the room, I’m so thrilled to see so many of our mob being celebrated tonight, and in particular the nomination for Yamatji and Noongar actor, little Eloise Hart, who I think is one of the youngest nominees in the Logies’ history.”
A Country Practice and comedian Andrew Denton earned their rightful place among TV royalty tonight also getting inducted into the Hall of Fame.
