An Australian influencer has unloaded on her critics amid backlash over her controversial “Barbie waist” surgery in Bali.

Matilda Baxter, who goes by Tilds Search online, is a 23-year-old influencer from South Australia who made national headlines in July after she was one of 10 influencers flown to Indonesia to have a rib modelling procedure.

Rib remodelling, also known as rib reshaping, is a cosmetic procedure involving fracturing the lower ribs and repositioning them to give patients a smaller waist.

Baxter has faced a slew of online backlash in recent weeks as she continues to document her waist after the procedure, and now the OnlyFans star has launched a scathing attack on her haters.

The content creator took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon to “call out” those leaving negative comments about her image — beginning the video with a side by side comparison of her before plastic surgeries, and her now.

“I used to look like this . . . and now I look like this,” she told her 961,000 followers in the minute-long clip.

She then shared some of the comments she had received about her appearance — with the most disturbing comparing the 23-year-old to a “Holocaust survivor with bolts-on”.

“You are the lowest of the low,” she said to those spreading hatred.

“People are allowed to look completely different from a week ago, a year ago, two years ago, even 10 minutes ago — I don’t give a f***.”

She warned her critics that commenting negative things about her look after her surgeries was only “bringing traction and money” to the online star.

“Keep digging up my old photos, keep b***ing and comparing because at the end of the day, I’m still a topic of discussion,” she said.

“I’m still a topic in your boring f***ing life, okay?

“Don’t hate the player, hate the game . . . this just makes me money.

“Some people glow up and grow up, while others sit in comment sections and chats b****ing about people who have.”

She ended the video by reminding her followers that “her waist is as small as her hands”, before using a Chanel 25 lambskin handbag to illustrate to viewers the sheer lack of waist she has following her Bali surgery.

“(This bag is) brand new and it’s bigger than my waist,” she said as she held the $13,000 bag in front of her torso.

Baxter’s video quickly gained support overnight, with hundreds of followers praising the content creator for calling out the negativity that has been brewing on her accounts.

“They’re just hating because they haven’t got the guts to change themselves like you,” one fan said, earning an ‘exactly’ from the OnlyFans star.

“You look amazing and healthy, it’s crazy how people act when they’re jealous,” a second follower wrote.

Other commenters were less happy at the influencer’s response, saying many of the “hateful” reactions came from a place of genuine concern.

“Maybe we’re just worried you won’t make it to the next decade of your life . . . it’s not ‘talking s***’ but a gentle reminder that health matters more than looks,” one user responded.

“But those surgeries have done irreversible damage to your body and you’ve made yourself so unhealthy,” another added.

Amid the slew of mixed responses to Baxter’s video, some fans revealed the influencer’s transformation had convinced them to undergo the same surgeries.

“I cannot wait to do the snatched waist procedure you had . . . it’s all I’ve been able to talk about since yours,” one follower said.

“I love your extreme look, how much did you pay? I want to start a GoFundMe for lipo and rib removal,” another added.

Baxter’s video comes just weeks after the influencer revealed the jaw-dropping sum she has spent on cosmetic surgery in recent years — with the 23-year-old having received liposuction, a boob job, hip surgery, and the infamous rib reshaping surgery.

“I’ve probably spent $50,000 on my face and the upkeep of my look costs between $80,000 and $100,000 every year,” she told the Daily Mail.

The creator also admitted in the interview to seeking counselling over her tanning addiction, with Baxter using a combination of tanning peptides not approved by the TGA in addition to a $7,000 tanning bed.

She revealed that her parents and her new partner had sat her down and expressed ‘concern’ over her excessive usage — with the OnlyFans star using the tanning bed “at least four times a week”.

“I’m not an advocate for tanning beds but I am an addict, and I am seeing a therapist about it,” she told the outlet.
