Police were called to former US Vice President Kamala Harris’ $8.15 million Malibu mansion after an unidentified woman showed up at the property twice late Friday night.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded after receiving a call about the woman outside Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff’s home at around 10:30 p.m., the New York Post reported.

MYSTERY WOMAN RETURNED AFTER BEING TURNED AWAY
According to a sheriff’s department spokesperson, the woman arrived at the property after being dropped off by an Uber and contacted security personnel.
She was told she could not be at the property and left the premises. However, she later returned, prompting security to contact law enforcement.
Deputies took a report at the scene, but the woman was neither arrested nor cited. The reason for her visit remains unclear.
HARRIS, EMHOFF WERE NOT HOME
A spokesperson for Harris told Thirty Mile Zone (TMZ) that neither the former vice president nor Emhoff was at the property when the incident occurred.
Harris spokesperson Eduardo Negrón said security personnel stopped an individual who had illegally entered the property before she could reach the home.
Negrón said Harris and Emhoff were grateful to their security and law enforcement personnel for responding quickly to the incident.
HARRIS BOUGHT MALIBU HOME FOR RS 68 CRORE
Harris purchased the Malibu property in January this year for $8.15 million, roughly Rs 68 crore.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home is spread across three-quarters of an acre and features a heated pool, an in-ground spa, a fire pit and gated entry, along with views of the Pacific Ocean.
The incident comes after President Donald Trump revoked Harris’ Secret Service protection in August last year. Unlike most former top executive branch officials, Harris no longer has Secret Service protection.
