Nawaab’s Restaurant in Hyderabad: Sour meat and a nasty freezer found there

Hyderabad: A recent Food Safety Inspection by Cyberabad Municipal Corporation at the Nawaabs Restaurant in Anjaiah Nagar, including poor butchering techniques, non-food-grade trimming surfaces, and moldy food items like meat, grain, and noodles that have been stored in freezers, was found.

The refrigerator had a bad odor and body concentration, while the food planning areas had stagnant water and wet floors. Food operators used unsanitary cleaning products, and there was no trace of any mosquito exercise in storage areas.

No information of medical history or liquid tests were made available. A notice for progress was sent out, and the business was asked to address its food safety and hygiene issues.

Officials also cited some great practices, such as suitable separation of vegetarians and non-vegetarian food items, fresh meat kept in a proper wrapping, no artificial colors, and color-coded chopping boards for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
