For Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a visit to the Isha Foundation is not simply a quiet day away from the spotlight. Five years after she first began visiting the centre, the mother-to-be returned to the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore and took a moment to look back at how those visits have changed her. Sharing a series of pictures from her latest visit, Samantha spoke about growth, mentors and the idea that perhaps we are never quite finished becoming who we are.

“Find the people and places that expand you (sic),” she wrote alongside the photos. The post was a glimpse into a slower, more reflective Sunday. Samantha was seen exploring the foundation campus, spending time with calves, taking part in rituals and enjoying a meal.

One picture showed her posing with Sadhguru, while another set of photographs captured the natural surroundings of the centre.

She also visited the Linga Bhairavi Temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre. The place holds a particularly personal significance for Samantha. It was here, in December 2025, that she and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru got married in a private yogic ceremony.

But it was Samantha’s note that gave the post its heart. Looking back on the last five years, she wrote about the point in life when one begins to think they have figured themselves out – their strengths, limitations and boundaries. “The last five years have taught me otherwise (sic),” she wrote.

For Samantha, every visit has apparently left behind a little more curiosity and a little more room to grow. She wrote that she leaves the centre with “a little more possibility” and a feeling that there is still much more to learn, change and become.

She also reflected on the role of mentors in that journey. According to her, the right mentors do not tell you who to become. Instead, they remind you that the journey is never really over.

“They’re fuel in the tank,” Samantha wrote. “Find those people. Find those places. Keep becoming.”

There is also something quietly timely about the post. Samantha is entering another new chapter in her life, this time away from the familiar rhythm of film sets. The actor and Raj are expecting their first child later this year. The couple announced the pregnancy in June, months after getting married at the same Coimbatore centre.

Samantha and Raj’s professional worlds had crossed long before their relationship did. She worked with Raj and his creative partner DK on The Family Man 2 in 2021 and later starred in Citadel: Honey Bunny in 2024. Dating rumours began circulating in 2024, before Samantha began sharing more glimpses with the filmmaker in 2025.

Their December wedding was intimate and rooted in yoga and tradition. Samantha later confirmed her pregnancy after being seen with a baby bump at the success event for Maa Inti Bangaaram.

She has also spoken about taking another break from work as she prepares for motherhood, following an earlier break after her myositis diagnosis.
