Sharna Burgess would love to return to Dancing With the Stars.

The 41-year-old beauty competed as a professional on Dancing with the Stars for 14 seasons, and Sharna has now revealed that she’d love to make a return to the ABC show.

The dancer – who hasn’t competed on the TV show since 2021 – told Us Weekly: “We actually discussed it last year, and it was by no means a ‘Please come back’. It wasn’t a hard offer on the table, but there was definitely a temperature check.”

Sharna acknowledged that she wasn’t ready at the time, as she was still revelling in the experience of being a first-time mother.

The dancer – who has Zane, four, with actor Brian Austin Green – explained: “My son was not in school yet, and I was building on other things. I’ve been acting and doing a lot of other stuff, too.”

But now, Sharna admits that she would jump at the opportunity to return to the dancefloor.

She said: “When I woke up that morning — like, a little over a year ago — and I was like, ‘I need dance back in my life.’ If they were to ask me this year, I would absolutely say yes.”

Sharna is convinced that some of her best years as a dancer remain ahead of her.

She explained: “I think I still have a lot more to give.”

Despite this, Sharna doesn’t want her potential return to come at anyone else’s expense.

And if she doesn’t land a spot on the new series, Sharna would be happy to support the other dancers from the sidelines.

The TV star – who announced her engagement to Brian in 2023 – said: “The cast is incredible and I would never, ever, ever want to take someone’s spot. I would never want to get a position, which means someone else doesn’t have one. I love all of the women on that cast.

“They’re so powerful. They’re so different. I think they’re inspiring millions across the country, too. So, if there isn’t a spot that I could be extra, I will forever be in the audience cheering them on.”
