Aryna Sabalenka is bidding to become the first woman since Serena Williams to achieve a three-peat at the US Open.
Ever since her defeat to Coco Gauff in the 2023 final, Sabalenka has been a force to reckon with at Flushing Meadows, producing some of her best tennis on the New York courts.
She has not won a title since the Sunshine Double earlier this year and has endured her share of ups and downs with form.
But if there is one place where Sabalenka has consistently found her best level, it is New York. With history within touching distance, the Belarusian will be determined to deliver once again on the biggest stage.
