US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Thursday said Washington’s closer ties with Pakistan would not come at the cost of its partnership with India, stressing that the two countries shared the same concerns over terrorism. Rubio, who is currently on a visit to India, made the remarks at Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, one of the sites targeted in the 26/11 terror attacks in 2008.
