Bollywood song Mika Singh has a problem for those who distrust Pakistanis but cordially accept those from Dubai. The song questioned why the same area receives for different treatment depending on which part of a frontier it lives in remarks that touched on religion, nationality, and prejudice.
Mika challenged the notion that the country’s citizens should be immediately seen as negative when speaking about his activities in Pakistan. His statement, which was shared during the interview, goes like this:” Pata nahin kyun humein Pakistan ke Musalmaan kharab aur Dubai ke bohat achy lagty hain.”
His inquiry was simple: why would he like Muslims in Pakistan but not those who live in Dubai?
The singer even recalls seeing Muslims work to keep and fresh ghats in Pakistan. Drawing on those contacts, he embraced the people who he met and refrained from assuming that Pakistan or its people were always bad. His profile reintroduced the conversation to regular people and their activities rather than the antagonism associated with their nationality.
The area even has a personal history, according to Mika. His performance at a Karachi pre-wedding ceremony in 2019 sparked a professional boycott by Indian film workers ‘ organizations like FWICE and AICWA. Following his apologetic, the restrictions were lifted. That season gives more weight to his assertions regarding the differences between the two nations ‘ social markets.
His remarks also raise questions about Bollywood’s frequent use of Pakistan as the army in its reports and anti-Pakistan speech in ruling-party politicians. If social differences also affect how a whole population is treated, as well as headlines and movie plots? That miserable issue was placed at the center of the discussion thanks to Mika’s remarks.
