A woman attending a baseball game earlier this week became the focus of a viral moment after she was seen making her way back to her seat while carrying three plates of food and her baby.
The moment was captured during NBC Sports Bay Area’s broadcast of the San Francisco Giants’ game against the Minnesota Twins.
The woman had her baby strapped to her front in a carrier as she carefully backed into her seat with the food in both hands.

Before sitting down, the woman appeared to speak briefly to the man seated beside her. He stood up and appeared to say something to her before she settled back into her seat with the baby and food, while he did not appear to offer to carry either.
Giants broadcasters Mike Krukow and Duane Kuiper noticed her on camera and were quick to comment on the scene.
“Holy smokes, Mike! Look at this,” Kuiper said.
“If there’s ever a true definition of a multitasking mother, that is the deal right there,” Krukow replied.
The broadcasters then turned the moment into a running joke, with Kuiper wondering whether the man had asked her if she had forgotten something. Krukow joked that he might have been referring to ketchup as another pitch was delivered.
The broadcast returned to the family moments later, showing the man eating while the woman remained occupied with the baby.
“Well, that’s mom of the year right there,” Krukow said.
“She’ll be the last one to eat, too,” Kuiper added.
The exchange continued to draw attention when the man appeared to say something to the woman while eating.
A clip of the broadcast was shared on X and went viral with millions of views.
Many users praised the mother for managing the baby and food at the same time, while others criticised the man for seemingly leaving her to handle everything herself.
“People are quick to judge. Most likely, this is what happened. Since she is carrying the backpack, she probably went to the bathroom to change the baby’s diaper. When she came back, the food was on the way, so she decided to grab it. That’s it,” one user wrote.
Another called the man a “worthless, uncaring husband,” while several others urged people not to jump to conclusions, pointing out that viewers did not know the full story behind the interaction.
“I’m surprised he didn’t send her back for something,” another user commented.
