American hip-hop star and MTV personality Xzibit has been announced as the headline act recruited to launch new East Perth venue Hush Nightclub on October 23.
Recognised for his hits X, Multiply, and What U See Is What U Get, the West Coast icon will enjoy an intimate night with local fans in his only Perth performance.
Some fans may know him best as the host of MTV’s popular series Pimp My Ride, which premiered in 2004 and ran for six seasons, along with his several film roles.
He will also be appearing in Mackay, Canberra, Townsville, and Brisbane as part of his travels in Australia this year.
The musician has enjoyed decades as a heavy-hitter in the hip-hop industry, and worked with legendary figures Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem.
Hush’s launch event will be held across two levels, and see Xzibit perform on both.
“One legendary performer. One brand new destination. One night to remember,” the club’s socials read.
Guests are set to be treated to hip-Hop, R&B and party anthems, with a list of local acts and DJs also performing.
Several packages remain to witness Xzibit in action, from general admission starting at $79, to VIP booths seating six people priced from $1,499.
An initial ticket release has already been exhausted.
Hush Nightclub is a 750-capacity performance venue designed to accommodate live music, international artists, touring DJs and exclusive after-parties.
Spread across its two levels are four distinct entertainment spaces, labelled Hush Privé, Hush Live, Hush open Air Lounge, and Patio Terrace.
The club’s vision is to “bring the energy of a live concert into a premium nightclub environment”.
HUSH Nightclub’s grand opening will take place Friday, October 23 from 9pm through to 5:30am.
