A former Married at First Sight producer is missing after vanishing from Australia’s most famous beach more than three weeks ago.

Katie Walker, 46, was last seen at Bondi Beach on the evening of May 23 and was last heard from on May 22.

New South Wales Police are appealing for information, saying they have “concerns for her welfare and investigations are ongoing”.

Ms Walker is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of thin build with brown eyes and brown long hair.

She has a small black butterfly tattoo on her right hand and is believed to frequent the Double Bay, Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach areas.

Her disappearance comes as MAFS faces increasing scrutiny after contestants came forward with complaints about inappropriate behaviour alleged to have taken place on the set of the 2025 season.

The popular TV show was issued three SafeWork NSW improvement notices after three contestants and a viewer at home raised allegations about unsafe and non-consensual behaviour, according to documents obtained by the Sydney Morning Herald.

Some of the alleged incidents include a bride being filmed in the shower without her knowing, non-consensual touching by a groom, and production staff blocking exits to prevent cast members from leaving the set.

Other allegations included in the documents describe long filming hours, being confined to apartments under curfew, being banned from speaking to other participants, and being “baited and harassed” by producers to trigger emotional responses.

Officers are keen to speak with anyone who has any information that could help with the search for Ms Walker.
