Hyderabad: 4 interstate substance peddlers are detained, and a 21 kg edibles is seized.

Bangalore Police seized 21 pounds of ganja on Saturday, September 12 and detained four interstate drug smugglers in Habeeb Nagar.

A police squad raided the suspected facilities after finding out that two edibles vendors were selling medicines in Mangerbasti.

Sandeep Nandha Kishore Bhongade, 38, and Rahul Rajesh Patil, 24, along with Bangalore people Umesh Kamble, 29, and Suraj Kamble, 24, were detained by police in Maharashtra.

Authorities seized their cellular phones, Rs. 25, 000 in cash, and 21 pounds of dry ganja during the attack. According to police, the research is raging in order to find out where the ganja came from, where it was intended to go, who were its planned recipients, the supply chain, and another network users. As the research gets going, they added, the number of suspects might get bigger.

At the Habeeb Nagar police depot, a circumstance has been registered under the appropriate NDPS Act rules.

Bhongade and Patil reported that they arrived in Bangalore on September 11 after bringing 21 pounds of ganja from Maharashtra with a backpack and a cotton bag. Umesh and Suraj, two regional drug peddlers who also served as carriers, sold the cargo to the two accused for Rs 40, 000 per pounds.

The two boys waited to hand the edibles over to other drug peddlers while concealing it at an acquaintance’s home in Mangar Basthi. All four of the accused were detained before being able to deliver it, though.

Government will continue to carry out attacks and impose strict measures to stop drug traffickers, according to a notice from the Habeeb Nagar Police. The authorities made an appeal to the general public to collaborate and share any information regarding the purchase, transportation, or storage of reefer or other drugs.
