One man has fled and another 18-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was fatally stabbed at a NSW home.
A 23-year-old woman was found with stab wounds at a residence on Ziegler Ave at Kooringal, a suburb of Wagga Wagga, about 11.45am on Saturday.
Paramedics and police attempted CPR on the woman, but she could not be saved and died at the home.
Police were told a man fled the home before emergency services arrived.
Another 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station.
Police believe all parties are known to one another.
Specialist officers are at the home investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
